Finance Assistant (London Artscom)

The opportunity

This vacancy is a part time job share post within the central finance department. The post-holder will play a key role in providing effective and efficient administration of the accounting ledger of London Artscom Limited (a subsidiary of University of the Arts London) enabling accurate and timely information on the system at all times. The successful candidate will support the Financial and Management accounting function of London Artscom Limited by processing transactions and reconciling balances promptly and regularly within the specified timeframe. You will provide a high level of customer service to local Finance Managers to support the student experience.  

About you

The successful candidate will have experience of reconciling complex financial records and resolving queries which arise. It is essential that you have experience of using a finance management information system along with ability to work in a fast paced environment delivering results to tight deadlines. Working towards an accountancy qualification would be advantageous however not essential. You will have the ability to work independently along with working closely with the Financial Accountant and Finance team.
