Short Course and Study Abroad Senior Coordinator

The opportunity

This role, based at Chelsea and working across Camberwell and Wimbledon too, will coordinate the planning, preparation and delivery of the Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon College of Arts short courses, study abroad and special projects. The role will work within agreed budgets to maximise profit and maintain high standards of quality to meet customers’ expectations. 

About you

We are looking for a motivated individual, with practice of coordinating short courses and/or international programmes. The ideal candidate will have a background in fashion, arts, design or communications with some experience in leading a team effectively and managing performance.

Strong administrative and customer service skills will be required to develop systems and input new ideas for improvement. Collaborative team working skills are essential to building professional relationships and respect at all levels, internally and externally.
