The opportunity

The Fashion Business School has a well-known reputation for developing original and innovative graduates. We are seeking a  Lecturer of Merchandising to join the Buying and merchandising team within  Fashion Business Programme . You will be expected to make a significant teaching and scholarship contribution whilst developing student skills and knowledge at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

You will undertake teaching, unit management and  curriculum development. In addition to this, you will fulfil the associated administrative duties and provide support to the Programme Director and Course Leader. 

About you

You will keep up- to -date with the latest developments in the subject as well as develop links with business, industry and professional organisations. You will have a relevant qualification such as a degree in Product Development, Fashion Management or Merchandising and you will have  a proven track record of professional merchandising in fashion. Knowledge of the Retail Merchandising function is essential for this role. Teaching experience is desirable.
