The opportunity

A proven self-starter with project management experience and excellent interpersonal skills, you will use your considerable experience to assist in delivering the university’s digital transformation programme.

You will be supporting the Head of Online Services by acting as the digital subject matter expert on a number of projects. You will be responsible for ensuring all projects move seamlessly into the ‘business as usual’ state for
management within the Digital Team.

You will manage the day to day running of the corporate website, intranet and other digital channels through the line management of the digital team. The team comprises of content, development and UX teams.

About you

You are a visionary Digital Manager with extensive experience of managing, developing and improving digital channels at a large complex organisation.

You will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceedingly organised and efficient, you will be passionate about improving the user experience.

Your expertise will be invaluable in helping to transform our digital platforms so they are compelling for key user groups: Prospective Students, Current Students and Staff. 
Experience of managing a large multi-skilled Digital Team is essential.
