The opportunity

The Head of Cultural Programming role at London College of Fashion will create a cultural strategy for our showcasing and oversee its delivery. The post holder will bring together the skill sets of a curator, facilitator, and producer, leading a team to develop and implement the showcasing ambitions of the College. Reporting to the Head of College and gathering advice and inputs from several departments at London College of Fashion, the Head of Cultural Programming is a key strategic leadership and planning role which requires a creative and curatorial awareness as well as hands-on showcasing experience.

This is a significant time to join UAL as we are making a major investment into transformative education for our diverse and international academic community as we look towards our move to the Olympic Park.

About you

The post holder will manage the cultural programme team, and will use their extensive strategic, planning and practical skills to develop, lead, collaboratively create and enact a cultural strategy informed by the priorities, principles and values of the College, University, and its stakeholders. A supportive manager, the post holder will use diplomacy and proactivity to develop effective team processes and build solutions-focused relationships across LCF’s varied departments and audiences.
