The opportunity
As part of the Assessment and Quality team you will be in a team delivering high service standards. Reporting to the University’s Complaints Appeals and Assessment Manager and working closely with the University’s Head of Assessment and Quality, you will be responsible for supporting the operation and development of University work in relation to the assessment policy and regulations, supporting and administering the University’s Student Complaints and Appeals policies and procedures and providing a confidential, professional and objective advice service in support of these policies and procedures.
About you
Educated to a minimum undergraduate degree level or with equivalent relevant experience, you will have experience of administering Student Complaints and Appeals policies and procedures in higher education having have the ability to establish good working relations with a diverse range of people from academic staff to external organisations.
