The post holder will be required to provide PA support for four members of the Library and Student Support Services Senior Leadership Team, maintaining confidentiality, tact and diplomacy at all times. Additionally, they will provide comprehensive and customer-focused administrative support for Library and Student Support Services, hence contributing to the smooth operation of the Directorate.

Library and Student Support Services was created deliver high quality services to support all students studying at UAL so that they can fulfil their potential and get the best from their university experience. The Directorate consists of Library Services, Student Services, Academic Support and the International Student Experience (including Language Development).
You will have a high standard of verbal and written English language proficiency as well as excellent IT skills, with significant PA/administrative experience. You will be used to planning and organising your work to achieve objectives on time and will be capable of using your initiative to resolve problems. You will have good communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment where you will build positive relationships with colleagues within the Directorate and across the University. Experience of working in higher education is desirable.
