The opportunity

You will be part of the University’s Admissions Service and will be based at Central Saint Martins but you may be required to work across the Service at different sites or work from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic. You will facilitate the admissions process for a portfolio of courses across Further Education, Higher Education and Post Graduate level courses ensuring a connected and seamless approach for prospective students throughout their applicant journey. The post holder will be expected to contribute to the overall effective service delivery of providing information and support to ensure a high quality admissions service is provided to prospective students and academic decision makers in accordance with agreed standards. 

About you

Educated to A Level (or equivalent) you will bring to the role significant admissions administrative experience in a higher education environment, making use of databases and Microsoft Office applications. You are highly organised and a skilled problem solver, with plenty of initiative and creativity with an eye for detail. Crucially, you are a naturally collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual, with strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
