The opportunity
Following a programme of change and growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the University, driving the delivery of strategic people priorities.
As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role, working with client groups to ensure their strategic priorities are supported, influenced and aligned to the People agenda. You will work closely with the HR Operations team to ensure a first-class HR service is delivered. Working collaboratively with our teams in OD&L and D&I you will identify and commission specialist support for client groups as well as jointly work on delivering university wide initiatives.
About you
You will bring experience of supporting the business through all HR and business planning cycles as well as managing the people elements of change, including organisation design and workforce planning. The ability to work as part of a team with the other HR Business Partners whilst maintaining presence and authority within your client group is essential.
