About you

We are now seeking to appoint to a new senior position: Pro Vice-Chancellor, Research, Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise. A member of the University Executive Board, this role will develop a broad and ambitious academic vision for research, knowledge exchange and enterprise, driving new activity, income streams, developing new partnerships in support of the UK’s industrial strategy as well as global economic and social renewal.

We seek an outstanding individual to take our research, knowledge exchange and enterprise to the next level, enhancing our internal culture and forging multilateral, external relationships to drive impact. You will have an appreciation for our academic strengths; you will have the vision and skills to harness our expertise to other disciplines, creating interdisciplinary collaborations in order to tackle global challenges. You will share our values and will possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, representing the University with a wide range of stakeholders.
