Research Assistant, UAL Creative Computing Institute X2

The opportunity

The UAL Creative Computing Institute is looking for a talented and inspired Research Assistant to directly support the development of new research grant applications in specific research fields relevant to the mission of the Creative Computing Institute, including in areas of Creative AI, Human Computer Interaction & Digital Platforms. You will work with CCI research staff to assist in the monitoring and delivery of specific research applications, taking an active role in research planning and academic strategy. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of funded research in computing and the Creative Arts with world leading collaborators, whilst developing and delivering new research projects and grants in Creative Computing.  

About you

You will have at least a Masters qualification or equivalent experience in Creative Computing, Human Factors, User Experience Design or a related field. You will have a strong interest in and around Creative Computing as a subject and an overall creative approach, with a special interest and demonstrable ability in succinct academic writing. You will be able to evidence the ability to effectively read, understand and develop ideas around existing research, keeping abreast of advances in the field of Creative Computing.
