The opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role providing an efficient and effective recruitment support service at the University of the Arts London.

Working with Recruiting Managers and Human Resources, you will administer the recruitment process, which includes job advertising, managing applications and organising interviews, whilst advising on the application of relevant recruitment policies and procedures for the recruitment process.

You will also draft all recruitment correspondence and ensure documentation is up to date throughout the process, along with maintaining and producing reports from REx (Recruiting Excellence system) ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.


 

About you

Experience of working in a similar customer focused, fast paced, high volume environment is essential, along with awareness of relevant legislation and the ability to act with tact and diplomacy and to maintain confidentiality.

You will also need to be experienced in working with MS Office; Word, Excel, Access and Visio; Intranet/Internet; HR systems (preferably Midland HR iTrent) and applicant tracking systems (preferably WCN).
