The opportunity
The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for students requiring short course information and advice via the telephone, email and in person. This is an active sales role, converting enquiries into bookings to help the unit meet its financial targets. The role holder will provide excellent customer service for the 5000+ students who book onto short courses at London College of Fashion each year.
About you
You’re at your happiest when you’re working in a lively, commercial environment and using your excellent sales and customer service skills to engage our customers. As the Sales and Bookings Administrator for short courses at London College of Fashion, you’ll be the first point of contact for all our prospective short course students, helping them choose from over 140 courses and supporting them in booking online or via the phone. Often the customer will want advice on which course to take to support their career aspirations, so a good knowledge of fashion and/or make-up will be important.
To thrive in this role you need to love selling and be constantly striving to deliver the best experience for our customers in a friendly, genuine way. You will also be supporting the marketing team, with social media responses and enquiries, and the course coordinators with communications to existing short course students.
In return, University of the Arts London offers generous leave, a final salary pension and a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity.
