Associate Director of HR (HR Services and Resourcing)

The opportunity

As a strategic leader, the Associate Director of HR (HR Services & Resourcing) will lead, inspire, coach and manage the HR Services team, and set (with the HR Director) the overall direction for the HR Services hub. The purpose of the role is to create and deliver an excellent and trusted core HR service; successfully developing and delivering a transformational service to staff and management teams across the University.

The successful candidate will embrace change and new ways of working. This is an opportunity for an individual to play a key role in driving change across the University. Requiring excellent team building skills, understanding of the full range of HR Services & Resourcing, experience of continuous improvement, leading a broad HR service across a complex institution and with values that align to those of UAL, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to deliver a high class service to support change across a world class University.
