The opportunity

As a Study Abroad Coordinator at UAL, you will be coordinating all aspects of Study Abroad programme delivery. This involves course planning and scheduling, working closely with our tutors and technicians, timetabling, sourcing and preparing materials, and supporting the operational delivery of courses as well as reviewing course performance and feedback.

You will work with colleagues across the university to ensure that every Study Abroad student has an excellent study experience at UAL.  This role requires outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing your own time to ensure that you meet deadlines.

Please note that we are recruiting for two roles; one for our London College of Fashion Study Abroad programmes, based at John Princes Street, and one supporting all other UAL college Study Abroad programmes, and based at our Central Study Abroad office at High Holborn. If you only want to be considered for one of these roles, please let us know in your application.

About you

You will have significant administration experience, ideally working in an education related sector or a project management environment. You’ll impress us with your organisational skills, efficiency, communication and IT skills, as well as your adaptability and team spirit. You are able to work independently and use your initiative to solve problems and are at ease coordinating others and working to deadlines. You are articulate and a good communicator, able to adapt your communications to your audience. Experience or interest in art, design, fashion, and/or the creative industries is desirable.

In return, University of the Arts London offers generous leave, an attractive pension and a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity. Relocation assistance is available.
