The opportunity

The Marketing and Digital Projects Manager will lead on the promotion of all C&E’s services, including: events, opportunities, funding and support. They will also take responsibility for the ongoing maintenance and development of our online platforms (including our web pages within arts.ac.uk, e-commerce site notjustashop.arts.ac.uk, jobs board creativeopportunities.arts.ac.uk, and new digital learning modules) as well as the adoption and growth of the department’s new CRM.

Managing a team comprised of permanent staff, temps and freelancers, the Marketing and Digital Projects Manager will have strategic responsibility for C&E’s marketing and promotion strategy and implementation of all communications. The post-holder will build external and internal relationships with relevant departments, staff, organisations and agencies to develop, build and lead these projects. They will also balance a number of different workflows, prioritising tasks and meeting complex administrative and communication requirements, including working with a defined annual marketing and project budget. 

About you

You will have knowledge and experience of managing an e-commerce platform, a Degree or higher-level qualification. In addition, a Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification and Project Management qualification would be desirable.

You will bring experience in Marketing within an HE environment, Website development and maintenance, Project Management, Line Management and have a background in the Creative Industries.
