The opportunity

This Pensions Administrator role involves working on the employer side of the pension scheme administration in a small team.

You will be dealing with the LGPS, USS and TPS schemes and although experience in these schemes would be desirable, a good attitude is more essential as full training in these schemes will be provided.

The role will involve dealing with the relevant pension schemes, other internal departments, daily correspondence, along with monthly and yearly submissions and reconciliations.

The post-holder will mainly be working remotely but attendance will be required at the office in High Holborn 1 day a week.

About you

We are looking for the post-holder to be an experienced pensions administrator, with a minimum of 5 years experience in defined benefit and/or CARE pension schemes, working in a small team.

Experience within USS, LGPS and TPS is an advantage but not essential.

Your profile should include being a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude as well being comfortable dealing with people both virtually and in person.

In return, University of the Arts London offers generous leave, pension and a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity.

If you have any queries about this role or need any reasonable adjustments for your application, please contact Jaspreet Kaur, Resourcing Adviser via email at Peoplestaffrecruitment@arts.ac.uk or 020 7514 9627.
