The opportunity

As a member of the Digital Team within the Department of Communication and External Affairs, you will lead on the development of compelling content across our digital platforms. You will be responsible for helping teams across the organisation deliver great copy and a great user experience for our target audiences.

On a daily basis you will be editing copy, advising on SEO, supporting training and answering content related queries. You will also be involved in delivering content projects based on user needs and using Google Analytics to inform decisions.

About you

You will have a Degree or equivalent relevant experience. You will have extensive experience of managing digital content, writing for the web, editing and re-purposing content for various digital channels. Being able to work to deadlines and organising your time effectively and efficiently will be key. You should be able to work independently without direct supervision and you will have the ability to liaise with stakeholders and to understand and explain specialist terms.

You will need appropriate levels of IT skills, such as MS Office, Email, XHTML/HTML, Previous use of content management systems and extensive use of Google Analytics is essential. Use of Moz Digital Marketing Software is desirable.
