The opportunity

We require an experienced administrator to play a key role in the work of the Staffing Team and provide an excellent level of support to staff across the College. You will work flexibly as a member of the team and be responsible for all aspects of recruitment administration and hourly paid administration, assisting managers with recruitment, selection and staff appointments and processing contracts for salaried and hourly staff. You will ensure that all pre-employment checks are completed on time including Right to Work and DBS. 

About you

Educated to Degree level, you should have excellent accuracy and organisational skills and be an effective team player. Key to this role will be your first rate interpersonal, customer service and communication skills and your ability to build excellent relationships.

You will have good working knowledge of MS Office and have experience of monitoring and reporting on budgets as well as being able to create realistic plans to achieve your own deadlines and objectives and those of the department. You will be professional with the capacity to work autonomously and the ability to prioritise a high workload.
