As part of the Assessment and Quality team you will lead a Quality Team delivering high service standards in quality processes. Reporting to the University’s Head of Assessment and Quality and working closely with the Dean of Academic Development and Quality Assurance and the Head of Academic Registry at LCF, you will manage quality assurance procedures, identifying and implementing enhancement initiatives in the College

Located at the London College of Fashion, one of the world’s leading centres for fashion design, media and business education, the Quality Team is central to the University’s endeavours for maintaining the highest standards in the delivery of its innovative courses. Your contribution will directly influence the high level of service UAL offers its students and staff.

Educated to a minimum undergraduate degree level or with equivalent relevant experience, you will have extensive experience of quality assurance in higher education.  Having managed staff in an educational environment, you will have experience of producing induction/training materials and have the ability to establish good working relations with a diverse range of people from academic staff to external organisations.
