The opportunity

We will look to you to provide a comprehensive administrative support and record maintenance service to a portfolio of courses. You will be the first point of contact for student enquiries at your College. You will make a valuable contribution to delivering excellent experiences for staff and students, through the provision of high quality information and support services. Responding to student queries via email, Moodle, phone and in person, you will support communication between academic teams and students. Your other responsibilities will range from maintaining records and systems, to assisting with document preparation.

About you

Educated to A Level (or equivalent) you will bring to the role proven experience in a customer facing role. Familiar with the use of databases and Microsoft Office applications, you have experience of data entry and producing correspondence. You are highly organised and a skilled problem solver, with plenty of initiative. Crucially, you are a collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual, with strong communication skills both in person and in writing.

In return, we offer a competitive employment package including a salary that reflects working in London, generous annual leave, an attractive pension scheme, and a commitment to your continuing personal and career development in an environment that encourages creativity, diversity and excellence. If you have any queries about this role, you may contact the LCF Staffing Team at vacancies@fashion.arts.ac.uk
