Admissions Administrator Home/EU (College Based) X 1

Admissions Administrator International (College Based) X 2

To support the Assistant Head of Admissions and Team Leader with the student-facing admissions processes for Home, EU and International applicants. The post holder will be expected to provide a proactive, high quality administrative support for the admissions activities in the College, in accordance with the procedures and regulations of UAL.  To act as a key point of contact within the College for activity related to applications.

The post holder will be expected to contribute to the overall effective service delivery of providing information and support to ensure a high quality admissions service is provided to applicants and academic decision makers in accordance with agreed standards; this will require working flexibly at other sites.


 

About you

Educated to A Level (or equivalent) you will bring to the role significant administrative experience and management experience in a higher education environment, making use of databases and Microsoft Office applications. You are highly organised and a skilled problem solver, with plenty of initiative and creativity with an eye for detail. Crucially, you are a naturally collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual, with strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
