The opportunity

The role will involve working closely with the College Admissions Manager (CAM) to help in providing research, co-ordination and event support  as well as providing administrative support as required. In addition you will provide support to prospective students  working closely with the College Admissions and Student Engagement teams. This will involve dealing with student enquires and requests for tours and visits to college sites. 

About you

Your significant experience of customer care will be backed up by a relevant degree. Significant experience of working in a front line customer focused position is essential and we require the successful candidate to have high levels of IT and keyboard skills and full experience of compiling correspondence and providing routine oral and written information clearly.
