The opportunity

To prepare the next generation of innovators for the evolving field of 3D Effects for Performance by providing a solid academic background combined with industry know-how.

You will employ practice-led and / or research-led teaching strategies to inspire critical thinking and novel approaches to creative problem-solving. You will take an active role in curriculum development - project design, delivery and assessment - ensuring relevance and currency whilst addressing the complex relationship between theory and practice.

You will support students within the course on projects, personal and professional development, whilst also providing pastoral support.

About you

As a professional practitioner, will be able to demonstrate creative success and specialist industry knowledge in digital / analogue / hybrid 3D Effects practices for performance.

You will be forward-thinking and visionary, with an understanding of the changing demands of the industry from your professional experience. Your portfolio of work will question the status quo and you will be a significant contributor to advancing your area of expertise.

You will be an excellent communicator both written and verbally, able to deliver engaging material to diverse cohorts of students through lectures, workshops and seminars.

You will hold a relevant degree and a relevant postgraduate qualification would also be an advantage.
