The opportunity
The College is now looking for an Associate Dean of Research (ADR) to support and develop the College’s Research environment. Contributing to strategic research planning at the College level, the ADR will play a pivotal role in the integration of research staff and practices into the three Schools within LCF (Fashion Business School, School of Design and Technology and School of Media and Communication) alongside the Department of Cultural and Historical Studies. As part of the College Academic Strategy the incumbent will also work across the six LCF sites, leading up to LCF’s move in 2022 to one site at the Olympic Park, in Stratford. The ADR will lead and grow the College’s research student and supervision culture, and strengthen School’s staff and student research activities and pedagogy, ensuring the monitoring, recording and dissemination of research outcomes and their impact.
There will be an extended selection process.
