The opportunity

To develop and deliver an effective Marketing and Customer Service programme to drive sales and income generation activities for Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon (CCW) Short Courses and the Institute for Creative Computing (ICC) business.

The post-holder will manage a small team of customer service and marketing colleagues to offer an excellent customer experience as well as engaging marketing collateral, campaigns and web content to assist potential students in choosing their course.

About you

You will have significant marketing and communication experience, ideally working in an education or training related sector. With a track record in delivering engaging and compelling marketing campaigns across all forms of media, the user experience and journey is always at the forefront of your mind. You enjoy working to clear targets and creating regular reports to monitor ROI. 

As a confident communicator you are experienced in working with B2C and B2B customers and leading a team to offer excellent customer services. You'll have experience of using tools and systems to deliver results includings experience of CMS, CRM and LMS software.
