The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to use your operational and project management experience to play a key strategic role in the administration and resource management of one of the world’s leading creative universities.

Reporting to the Director of College Administration, you will lead the Operations Team in the College, ensuring the strategic development of the resource and operational functions within the College relating to Finance, Timetabling, Site Administration and Staffing.

As a senior role within the College, a key aspect of this role will be to contribute to the long term strategic financial planning for the College and the development of the operations function ahead of the College’s move to Stratford in 2022.

About you

You will need significant relevant operational management experience, including staff management, with significant financial forecasting experience.

Demonstrable experience of providing management information and statistical modelling reports is also essential.

Project management skills are desirable.
