As an enthusiastic and driven PMO Manager you will provide leadership and direction for a growing PMO team and help continue its development. You will establish best practice, guidance, assurance and standards to enable effective support and delivery for the busy projects and programmes team.

Experience of developing effective reports and dashboards so that change is understood, open and transparent enabling informed decision making
Experience of implementing PMO guidance, standards, reporting, managing budgets and resources
Adaptable and flexible with the ability to form strong working relationships with stakeholders across the University at all levels
Programme and Project Management qualifications such as MSP/P3O/PRINCE2 or Agile are desirable but not essential
You will be a driven and dynamic individual who is capable of engaging, challenging, negotiating and influencing at all levels both internally and externally
High level, proven inter-personal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team of PMO and administrative professionals
