The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills and experience in marketing and play a key role as a member of the Marketing & Communications team in providing a highly customer-focused, friendly and efficient first point of contact for potential students, staff and visitors to Wimbledon College of Arts.
Providing marketing event support to the Student Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing, with at-the-event responsibility and admin support; you will work and help event-manage undergraduate and postgraduate open days, offer days, degree show and other events for Wimbledon.
You will research, create and publish high quality marketing content through multiple channels – print, social media, website, and digital marketing communications.
About you
- An understanding of our customers and consumers: new and current students, parents, guardians, and visitors.
- Relevant experience in: marketing, customer care, and Front of House environment.
- Experience of using social media channels to achieve marketing objectives.
- Knowledge of working in an arts related environment, particularly in art & design education.
- Practical knowledge of: website CMS, creative suite software.
- Good team worker but experience of managing own time and resources.
- Project management experience.
