The opportunity
As part of the Assessment and Quality Section you will be in a team delivering high service standards. Reporting to the University’s Complaints Appeals and Assessment Manager, you will support the operation, development and systems setup of University’s work in relation to assessment policy and regulations and have a coordinating role for UAL’s student disciplinary procedures. You will also support the University’s Complaints Appeals and Assessment Manager in liaising with the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA) coordinating the University’s responses to student cases.
About you
Educated to a minimum undergraduate degree level or with equivalent relevant experience, you will have experience of administering student complaints and appeals policies and procedures in higher education having the ability to establish good working relations with a diverse range of people from academic staff to external organisations. A knowledge of the student record system, SITS would be beneficial.
