As a member of the Assessment and Quality department you will be part of a University team delivering high service standards in quality processes. Reporting to the University’s Head of Assessment and Quality and working closely with the Dean of Academic Strategy you and your team will oversee the successful operation of the quality assurance, appeals and complaints processes identifying and implementing enhancement initiatives in the College.

University of the Arts London is a vibrant world centre for innovation, drawing together six colleges with international reputations in art, design, fashion, communication and performing arts. Supporting three world leading centres for art and design education Chelsea College of Arts, Wimbledon College of Arts and Camberwell College of Arts. The Quality Team is central to the University’s endeavours for maintaining the highest standards in the delivery of its innovative courses. Your contribution will directly influence the high level of service UAL offers its students and staff.


Educated to a minimum undergraduate degree level or with equivalent relevant experience, you will have extensive experience of quality assurance in higher education. Having managed staff in an educational environment, you will have the ability to establish good working relations with a diverse range of people from academic staff to external organisations.
