The opportunity

You’ll be working to provide course administration support to Programme Teams across Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges. This will include supporting activities, events and meetings for the programmes while also proactively engaging, informing and supporting students throughout their student journey. The focus of the role will be to ensure the smooth operation of programmes as part of Academic Registry administrative support for an excellent student experience. The post holder will also support the implementation of the Colleges’ student engagement and retention strategies. You’ll also support the operation of the student desk.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of work processes, procedures and practice relevant to efficient programme administration support, preferably gained within higher education, further education or related body.

About you

You’ll have significant experience in administrative roles, preferably within Higher/Further education, as well as experience in a customer facing role. You’ll have excellent communication skills both in person and in writing. You’ll have the ability to work closely with teams of staff, identify support needs and solve problems or meet requirements where needed. You’ll have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and databases / data entry.
