Careers and Employability (C&E) is UAL's dedicated careers and enterprise service, which empowers the University’s students and graduates to make a living doing what they love. Its role is to enhance the employability and creative attributes of UAL’s students and graduates through experiential learning and access to industry
The successful candidate will have a first Degree or advanced qualification. They will show a demonstrable
understanding of key issues related to student and graduate careers development, progression and destinations and a detailed understanding of key factors that influence graduate careers and destinations in the creative sector.
The postholder will have experience of managing a team in an HE environment and a detailed understanding of key factors that influence graduate careers and destinations in the creative sector.
They will also have the ability work to monitor, evaluate and report on own area of impact and performance.
