The opportunity
The Internal and External Relations department tells the story of the LCF brand, to engage both internal and external audiences. We are specialists in content creation and communication, engagement and community building, managing events and experiences, media relations and public affairs.
We are positive, enthusiastic and professional, always putting the student experience first, and showcasing their voice to display the best LCF has to offer. We use this peer influence approach to attract the best quality staff and students to join us.
About you
With a relevant degree (or equivalent experience), you’ll have a strong track record of working with web content and technologies. You understand and embrace the creative challenges of the web and you provide support and assistance wherever needed.
You’ll help us define and evolve our web strategy – frequently offering advice and support. Importantly, you’ll take responsibility for supporting a team of ‘web owners’ across the College, ensuring they keep their sections relevant, editorially accurate and factually consistent.
While technically adept, you’re also a clear and engaging communicator, able to explain technical terms to the broader audience as well as train new staff.
In return, University of the Arts London offers generous leave, a final salary pension and a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity. If you have any queries about this role, you may contact the LCF Staffing Team at vacancies@fashion.arts.ac.uk
