The opportunity

This is a unique role supporting the Human Resources Management Information function. MI data collection, data manipulation and data presentation are daily activities and you will actively contribute to the development of these, along with providing solutions to complex stakeholder requirements. Production and analysis of MI and statistics underpin UAL’s line management and workforce planning initiatives and strategies, and are the key focus of this role. You will provide timely data for maintenance and development of the HR Dashboards, and deputise for your line manager, to ensure representation and continuity for the HR MI function. You will actively promote the HR MI function in every aspect of your work, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. 

About you

We’re looking for a talented candidate with Business Objects (or similar) reporting experience, with excellent MS Excel skills and proven analytical abilities. Previous knowledge of Midland’s iTrent system is desirable but not essential. Your experience to date will include implementation of data collection methods within an HR environment, data manipulation from multiple sources and the ability to translate requirements into reporting. Your communication skills will allow you to assimilate reporting requirements, challenge and clarify where required, leading to adaption of reporting specifications. You will have experience of and be comfortable influencing stakeholders, at all levels.
