The opportunity

You will be at the heart of student and staff exchange activity at the London College of Fashion. Whether our students are visiting overseas universities through the Erasmus programme, or we are welcoming a leading international academic for a term, you will play a vital role. Put simply, you’ll make sure every aspect of every exchange goes without a hitch.

This varied role spans coordination, communication and administration. Liaising with internal departments, external institutions and participating partners; answering questions and arranging information; ensuring arrangements are in place, and welcoming visitors - you will be a trusted and friendly point of contact. We’ll also look to you to produce regular reports on exchange activity, and develop and maintain a database with the latest information on institutions and opportunities.

If you have any queries about this role, you may contact the LCF Staffing Team at vacancies@fashion.arts.ac.uk

About you

Together with a degree level qualification or equivalent, you will bring to the role significant administrative experience. You are used to working in fast paced, education environments with a focus on student support or student funding provision. We will expect you to be a collaborative and highly organised individual, with excellent communication skills. Experience of producing qualitative, analytical reports and using a range of IT systems and software is essential.
