The opportunity
To ensure the effective and efficient administration of the accounting ledger of UAL Short Courses Limited, enabling accurate and timely information on the system at all times. The successful candidate will support the Financial and Management accounting function of UAL Short Courses, process transactions and reconcile the cash book, bank balances and other control accounts promptly and regularly within the specified timeframe. You will provide a high level of customer service to local Finance Managers to support then student experience.
About you
The successful candidate will have experience of reconciling complex financial records and resolving queries which arise. It is essential that you have experience of using a finance management information system along with ability to work in a fast paced environment delivering results to tight deadlines. Working towards an accountancy qualification would be advantageous however not essential. You will have the ability to work independently along with working closely with the Financial Accountant and wider Finance teams.
