The opportunity

London College of Fashion's Business & Innovation team cultivates industry partnerships and links through consultancy, collaboration and industry projects. Business & Innovation plays an important role in delivering the College’s Knowledge Exchange strategy, providing platforms for the benefit of our students and staff that support local and global enterprise, boosting economic development as well as creating social value.

In this new post of Business Manager, Business & Innovation, you will provide a key role in the management of London College of Fashion’s industry engagement, and directly contribute to the development of our strategic partnerships.

You will work closely with colleagues across the college in order to manage a portfolio of income-generating projects to provide valuable opportunities for our students and graduates to work with commercial, public and third sector organisations.

About you

The successful candidate will have experience working within the fashion and/or creative industries, with demonstrable customer management expertise.

You will be driven by delivering against team KPIs and providing excellent outcomes, which will rely on your experience of project management and ability to work across a number of different projects and activities at any one time.

You will take a practical, problem-solving approach to working with internal colleagues and external clients, providing excellent customer service at all times.
