The opportunity
Based in our Short Course office at Chelsea College of Arts, your main challenge in this role is to manage a high volume of enquires with a view to converting enquirers to fully enrolling customers on our wide range of short courses. Enquires are managed in Sales Force - the University CRM system - as well as via telephone and in person.
Key to your success will be the ability commit to the role whilst ensuring both students and tutors receive the support and information they need, along with fantastic customer service that matches the high quality of our courses and reputation.
To role also involves creating engaging content for CCW short courses social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude to join our busy marketing and customer service team. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong customer service experience - ideally in a sales and/or marketing environment. Attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly to others in person and is a key requirement. An understanding of using Social Media platforms in a marketing and customer service role is essential, and a background or interest in the arts would be desirable.
