You will take part in answering enquiries on-line, via our live chat service, ASK and you may also have to take part shelving activities.

Other weekend roles may arise following these interviews at other College libraries, which shortlisted candidates may be considered for, within 3 months of interview for the current role on offer.

As this is a term time only post you do not get a leave allowance and you are expected to work all the term time weekends.

About you

You will have relevant library or customer service experience and formal training or education to post-16 level. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and be IT literate. Working in a small team you will provide a positive and responsive customer service.

In return, University of the Arts London offers generous leave, an attractive salary and pension plus a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity. [Relocation assistance is available to eligible staff.]
