You will have the opportunity to further your career potential, taking ownership for developing internal processes, including the annual self-evaluation exercise against the Conditions of Recognition for Ofqual, CCEA and Qualifications Wales and the GDPR compliance review.

This is an ideal opportunity to be part of a growing awarding organisation where the work is both stimulating and varied and makes a meaningful impact to young people.

Your experience will include presenting technical information to staff at all levels and leading/managing investigations into potential/actual adverse effects

To excel in this role, you will have the ability to communicate to multiple internal audiences, tailoring your approach accordingly and using excellent persuasion and negotiation skills. Equally, you will be hardworking, highly organised and a skilled problem solver, motivated by meeting deadlines, completing work to a high standard, and developing others.
