The opportunity

The University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking a full-time HR Systems & Reporting Analyst (Systems) to complement an existing HR Systems and Reporting team of 7 FTE, on a permanent basis.

This is a role that forms part of the HR Systems and Reporting Team within the HR Services and Resourcing Hub.  We have a strong customer focus and seek continual improvement of our business processes to meet UAL requirements.

The role holder is responsible for maintaining and driving the development of UAL's HR Systems, working collaboratively with the Senior Analyst. The role holder will collaboratively oversee the operation of first line support, providing mentoring and development and best practice approaches to problem solving.

About you

To support the maintenance and development of UAL’s suite of HR systems in line with the wider HR and UAL strategies 

HR Systems implementation and/or development and configuration experience - Essential

Demonstrable expertise in use and development of HRIS systems - Essential

Experience of delivering successful HRIS projects using a variety of tools/techniques and methodologies - Desirable

Effective communication orally, in writing and/or using visual media - Essential

Influencing skills - essential

Plans, prioritises and organises own work to achieve objectives on time - Essential 

Ability to work effectively as a member of a team, providing support, and assistance and cover where needed - Essential

Works collaboratively in a team and where appropriate across or with different professional groups Essential

Uses initiative or creativity to resolve problems - Essential
