The opportunity

The Alumni Relations Administrator (maternity cover) will join a lively, engaged and supportive Development & Alumni Relations Team.  Working closely within the team, you will coordinate and support all aspects of alumni communication and marketing, event management  and network development to help contribute to UAL's strategic priorities. 

The Alumni role requires excellent customer service and personal skills as well as the ability to administer high quality benefits and engagement opportunities for UAL's extensive global alumni network. 

About you

Your profile should include:

  • Experience of working in an Alumni Relations/Development team or equivalent 
  • Sound understanding of alumni engagement opportunities 
  • Knowledge of how alumni relations contributes to a wider university strategy 
  • Experience of delivering benefits to alumni or members
  • Experience in developing communication/marketing materials
  • Experience in project and event management
  • Experience in data management.
