The opportunity

You will join the Senior Management team at one of the UK’s most renowned art colleges, where you will be responsible for recruiting talented new students. Managing the student recruitment team at Chelsea you will create, implement and evaluate student recruitment campaigns, devising the strategy, overseeing the marketing operation and work to increase the quality and quantity of applications. It is a pivotal position where you’ll not only give critical advice, but support initiatives to raise our profile and enhance our reputation, locally, nationally and internationally. 

 

About you

A degree-qualified (or equivalent) marketing professional, you will have significant experience of student recruitment within arts or education. You will have experience of delivering student conversion activity throughout the student recruitment journey. You can create and manage strategies, plan and run a large number of events, use social media and mastermind on and offline campaigns. This role will give you the chance to share your knowledge as part of a wider network of marketing experts which covers three of our University Colleges.
