The opportunity



Your main task will be to provide the administrative support that underpins the College’s quality assurance and enhancement procedures. This means supporting the Quality Manager in the preparation of material for annual course monitoring, course validation and review; assisting with quality reviews and audits (internal and external); dealing with external accreditation and examiner appointments; managing working groups and committees as appropriate, working with the team in quality assuring student facing documentation throughout the year.

There are 2 roles - one is located at London College of Communication -Elephant and Castle and one is located at Chelsea College of Arts supporting  Chelsea, Camberwell College of Arts and Wimbledon College of Arts. About you

You will be educated to at least GCE or equivalent. You should have proven administrative expertise in Higher Education including excellent IT and written skills, being able to take notes and draft clear, concise documents and committee minutes. Experience of working in quality assurance and experience of servicing as a secretary or clerk to a formal committee/s would be desirable. You will need to be self-motivated with an eye for detail and a commitment to enhancement within education and student experience.
