The opportunity

The post holder will be responsible for the strategic development, delivery and evaluation of the UAL Academic Enhancement Model (AEM) and the UAL Attainment programme.

The Dean of Learning and Teaching Enhancement and the Deputy Vice Chancellor have created the Academic Enhancement Model (AEM) which is the UAL framework for enhancement. AEM has the explicit objective to improve the student experience and to reduce/eliminate attainment differentials at UAL.

This new role (part of the leadership team in the Teaching and Learning Exchange) will lead the AEM work and manage the UAL AEM, Attainment and Curriculum Development staff.

The post holder will engage closely with student satisfaction and attainment differential statistical analysis, interventions, activities and resources across UAL.

This is a new post in the Exchange and we welcome applicants who are experienced in leading research informed enhancement/attainment projects.
