The opportunity

London College of Fashion’s Graduate Futures enables our students and graduates to fulfil their career ambitions through employment or self-employment, providing a professional service that acknowledges their individuality, supports their growth and creates opportunities through our networks of alumni and industry partners.

As Associate Director Graduate Futures, you will lead and manage the work of the service, developing the strategy for the team to deliver brilliant graduate outcomes and building on our strengths to ensure our offer reflects the emerging future of the dynamic fashion sector.

You will work collaboratively to identify and attract new national and international business partners and build strategic links across the University, industry and other external organisations, positioning LCF Graduate Futures as a beacon of best practice.

About you

The successful candidate will offer expert level knowledge of careers and enterprise gained from managing and leading a high-level graduate careers service provision and developing a strategic vision for graduate careers. Excellent line management, project management and communication skills are vital for this key role, as well as experience of managing and leading change.
