Academic Enterprise Contracts Manager

The opportunity

This post will provide contract management support for a diverse and interesting range of commercial and collaborative activities across UAL's Academic Enterprise department, ensuring that all commercial and collaboration contracts are efficiently and effectively drawn up in line with the UAL contracts protocol, as well as complyng with UAL's IP, Ethics, Procurement and other relevant policies.  The role will be one of a team of three contract managers working across UAL, helping to manage client relations for the long-term benefit of the University. 

About you

• First degree
• Experience of dealing with commercial contracts in the public and/or private sector 
• Experience of managing contract negotiations through direct engagement with senior management colleagues and clients 
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and academics who may have little understanding of legal processes.
