The opportunity

As part of our Programmes and Projects Team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing large and complex organisational change programmes involving substantial elements of IT from proposal through to successful delivery.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and departments across the University, you'll facilitate the creation of the vision for transformation, and be instrumental in championing and planning the change.

To successfully deliver, building focused and cohesive programme teams will be key, as well as motivating and inspiring your teams. Throughout, you'll drive the programme and be influential in resolving issues to keep the delivery on track.

About you

With a demonstrable record of leading and managing large and complex organisational change projects or programmes; you can demonstrate successful business case creation and experience of what it takes to drive ambitious change initiatives involving both IT and changes in ways of working. Tenacity, being strategically focussed, and a positive approach to finding solutions will be key to your success.

It is essential that you are able to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively, and can present compelling arguments to influence and negotiate satisfactory outcomes. You must also have experience of leading and matrix managing large virtual teams, devising opportunities for and facilitating cross team working. You'll have worked successfully across both IT Departments and business teams to deliver change.

In return, University of the Arts London offers generous leave, an attractive pension scheme and a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity.
