The opportunity
We are embarking on an exciting and challenging Digital Transformation programme at the university: The Online Estate Programme.
This is a newly created post for someone with a wealth of intranet experience. The role will support the Head of Digital Projects help shape how we deliver services and communicate with students and staff through our internal channels.
As an Intranet Project Manager, you'll use your proven expert-level abilities to manage our current intranet and review, audit, analyse, create and deliver a strategic roadmap for our internal digital channels in the framework of the Online Estate Programme.
Whilst this role requires some project management experience, the focus of the role is very much on a proven track record of managing and developing internal digital channels to meet user’s needs.
About you
You will have a Degree or equivalent relevant intranet experience.
You will have extensive experience of developing and managing digital content and functionality through an intranet and/or internal digital channels for a large complex organisation.
You will take an active interest in emerging trends making intranet/collaboration environment a business critical tool for the organisation.
You will be an organised self-starter with an analytical mind and have excellent attention to detail.
You will be able to work independently without direct supervision, and confidently engage with senior managers and stakeholders.
